SERVICE RESERVATIONS
We recommend you to book the desired services in the Wellness Centre of the Grand Hotel Donat a few days in advance. In such a manner you will be guaranteed the services on the desired date.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERED SERVICES
Any reservation must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the reserved time. If you do not cancel and/or use the reserved service, you will be charged 50% of the full price for this service.

MEDICAL PROBLEMS
We ask you kindly to inform us of your medical problems and health limitations so that we will be able to offer advice on the best treatments for you.

We sell high-quality products by Babor and Dalton Cosmetics that will prolong the effects of your skin care.
